As an Executive Business Architect at Digital Culture Advisors, he collaborates with leaders to eliminate inefficiencies and align operations with organizational goals, driven by a passion for excellence.

Jeff is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in financial regulation and risk management. At the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), he spent 24 years, rising to Senior Risk Examiner, where he focused on corporate governance and leadership alignment. Before the FDIC, Jeff was a nuclear reactor operator in the US Navy during Desert Storm, honing his skills in decision-making and operational excellence. His diverse background, including farming, gives him a unique perspective on the economy. Jeff holds a B.S. in Finance from Winona State University.

Trygve holds a Ph.D. in Administration/Management from Walden University, an MBA from the University of South Dakota, and a BS in Agricultural Business Management from Southwest Minnesota State University.
