Jeff is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in financial regulation and risk management. At the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), he spent 24 years, rising to Senior Risk Examiner, where he focused on corporate governance and leadership alignment.

With over 25 years in business finance and leadership, Daniel Eppinga has excelled as a stockbroker, financial analyst, business planner, and entrepreneur, gaining deep insights into the challenges of today’s executives. He holds two BAs in Business Management and Corporate Finance from Northwestern College. Daniel developed the O.A.S.I.S. corporate development process to help businesses scale or maximize exits. As an Executive Business Architect at Digital Culture Advisors, he collaborates with leaders to eliminate inefficiencies and align operations with organizational goals, driven by a passion for excellence.

Kyle Hansen brings more than 30 years of experience helping companies navigate growth, change, and business development. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with dozens of different organizations in a variety of industries, most of which were startups and small businesses. This has given him a practical understanding of how to make the best use of limited resources to create advances within existing sales channels and open new markets. At Digital Culture Advisors, Kyle applies that experience to help companies sharpen their marketing, clarify their value proposition, and build the systems and processes needed to support sustainable growth.

With experience in education, youth development, nonprofits, and operations, Gordon has led classrooms on the Pine Ridge Reservation and managed nonprofit organizations with multimillion-dollar budgets. He’s built a reputation for driving growth, accountability, and strong relationships. At Digital Culture Advisors, Gordon brings a mission-driven approach, helping organizations grow and leaders step confidently into their vision.

Logan Kuper is the Senior Project Coordinator at Digital Culture Advisors with previous roles as an Executive Assistant at Cufflinks Inc. and a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness. After three years at the University of South Dakota, he shifted his focus from dental school to pursue a business career. Logan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and possesses skills in consulting, business process mapping, sales operations, and executive leadership. He is proficient with Zoho, ASI, Sage Products, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office, blending his business acumen with leadership and fitness expertise.
